My journey has been anything but linear, and I believe that's what makes my approach unique. With a background that spans both the fast-paced world of technology and the structured environment of banking, I’ve developed a versatile skill set that allows me to adapt quickly and lead teams with a blend of empathy and strategic insight.

In my current role as an IT professional, I’m deeply involved Azure cloud as well as in network and system administration, where I focus on automating deployments and securing network environments. But what truly drives me is the opportunity to lead teams—guiding them through challenges, celebrating successes, and ensuring that every member feels valued and empowered. My experience in management, both in tech and banking, has taught me the importance of adaptability and the power of a people-first approach.

Whether I’m working on the latest Azure deployment or helping a team navigate a complex project, my goal is always the same: to create efficient, secure, and innovative solutions while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Projects:

Employee Onboarding Automation: Automated the Azure AD onboarding process, creating new users, assigning roles, provisioning resources, and sending welcome emails.
ShareSafely Web App: Developed a secure file-sharing web application using Azure Blob Storage and Web Apps, generating time-limited sharing links.
Hybrid Networking Environment: Designed a hybrid network connecting on-premises systems to Azure, ensuring secure data transitions.
Automated Azure Resource Deployment: Used ARM templates and Bicep to automate and organize Azure resource deployments.
Comprehensive Monitoring Dashboard: Created a centralized dashboard using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Security Center to track project performance and security.
